Every Kose ride is tracked via GPS from pickup to drop-off. You can see your route in real-time on the map, and our systems monitor for unusual route deviations. If something doesn't look right, our safety team is alerted automatically.
Share your live trip with family or friends with a single tap. They'll see your real-time location, your driver's details, and your estimated arrival time. It's peace of mind for you and the people who care about you.
In an emergency, tap the SOS button in the app. This immediately alerts Kose's safety team and can notify local emergency services. Your location, trip details, and driver information are shared instantly to help responders reach you quickly.
Every Kose driver is verified before they can accept rides. We check driver's licences, vehicle registration, insurance, and conduct background screening. Drivers must maintain a minimum trust rating to stay active on the platform.
After every ride, you can rate your driver and leave feedback. Drivers with consistently low ratings are reviewed and may be removed from the platform. You can also block specific drivers or mark preferred drivers for future rides.
