We've been hearing from businesses across Harare: they need a better way to manage corporate transport. Whether it's getting staff home after late shifts, picking up clients from the airport, or managing transport expenses — the current solutions are fragmented and inefficient.
We're developing a dedicated corporate portal that will allow businesses to create company accounts with multiple users, set spending limits and approved routes, receive consolidated invoices for all company rides, track all business trips in a centralised dashboard, and assign transport budgets to departments or individuals.
Right now, many Zimbabwean companies reimburse staff for taxi fares with receipts and petty cash. It's messy, hard to track, and open to abuse. Kose for Business will replace all of that with a clean, digital system that gives finance teams full visibility.
